FOR CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS

WELCOME STUDENTS!

• EACH ONE TEACH ONE is excited you have chosen to continue your education beyond high school. This is an important decision and we applaud you for taking the steps to obtain scholarships to support your decision.

• Leadership is a necessary skill which will be very important for you to continue to develop. In this application process, you will be given the opportunity to share with the selection committee how you have demonstrated leadership during your high school career.

• As you pursue your next level of education, you will discover how to navigate in a diverse and inclusive academic community. We are happy to offer our Inaugural Evolution of Leadership Scholarship to eligible students attending two or four year college/university, skill trade or certification program.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

An applicant must meet all of... the following criteria to be considered for a scholarship:

1. Must have been involved in extracurricular activities, community service or have been employed while in school. Must be enrolled in College, Skilled Trade or Certification program for Fall 2024.

2. The following documents must be uploaded with your completed application:

• One (1) letter of recommendation signed and addressed to EACH ONE TEACH ONE
from a... teacher, mentor, coach, etc. (from a non-family member)

Contact information must be included.

• Your 250-word essay, double space, Arial 12-point font, personal statement outlining your leadership experiences and goals.

• A copy of your Resumé.

• A copy of your official transcript.

SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must attend the scholarship award reception, Sunday June 2, 2024 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Must be enrolled a minimum of 12 credits or equivalent of full time status for fall 2023.
Expected to send a thank you letter to the scholarship selection committee

All applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm, April 26, 2024. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. Applicants that apply by the deadline will receive an email
verifying it has been received and is being processed.

Students chosen to receive a scholarship will be notified via email by May 20, 2024.
